AD – Living Room Restyle With Kasera!

Hello lovelies, I have a super exciting post to share with you all today! Grab your cuppas, biscuits and get ready! Now I’m someone who’s always on the hunt for new homeware bits and any excuse to restyle a room.

So with that being said I want to talk to you about a website called Kasera which the website we have all been looking for. Kasera makes shopping for furniture super easy. It’s the perfect tool for furniture shopping because you can compare different pieces from various retailers such as John Lewis, Furniture Village and so many more! How cool is that? Not only that but they are a Coventry & Warwickshire based business that launched in June 2019 and they already have partnerships with over 30 major retailers.

I don’t know about you but whenever I’m looking for new furniture bits or home decor I usually end up with so many tabs open from so many different websites. It all gets a bit overwhelming and I end up closing them all down. However, that’s where Kasera comes in as their aim is to make buying furniture and home decor effortless and for it to be a smooth process.

One feature I absolutely love is that you can shortlist items! So it doesn’t matter whether it’s from John Lewis or Habitat you can shortlist all your favourites and then compare them later on! Not only that but once you have shortlisted the items you love, you can hit the share tab and share the list with a partner or a flatmate.

I thought I would share with you the bits I have shortlisted. There’s a few bits of furniture I would love for my living room and a few little home decor bits that I think would look great alongside them.

Firstly we have a sofa from Dunelm which is very similar to mine at the moment, only this ones in grey (I wish I got mine in grey). I love this style of sofa because it just looks so inviting with the jumbo cord! Perfect for a cosy night in and loads of blankets right? I think so!

I may have a little obsession with floor lamps because I already have a fair few of them! However, I love the idea of having a floor lamp like this over the corner of the sofa. I think it would look really cool and also cosy when you want to do a bit of evening reading! This lamp from Habitat would be perfect for what I have envisioned.

Then of course we need some kind of sideboard for some cute home decor and for storage purposes! I loved this style of sideboard from Graham and Green purely because of the cool pattern that it has going on in the wood.

I had a little browse on the home decor and lighting section to see if there was anything that would look cool on top of the sideboard. Firstly I found this really cute little artificial plant from John Lewis. I love the metallic pot as well… it’s right up my street.

Of course you can’t go wrong with some artificial autumnal flowers can you? Especially not at this time of year! I really loved the colours in this bunch from Dunelm I think they would look so cool on top of the sideboard especially with the quirky vase from Dunelm as well.

In terms of lighting I think this lamp from Furniture Village would look really funky on top of the sideboard. I love this style of lamp and I think they are so easy to style in any space.

I then wanted to have a look at what TV stands were available and I found the perfect stand to match the sideboard. This TV stand is from Barker and Stonehouse and I love it! It’s got serious Scandinavian vibes to it don’t you think? The little plant pot from John Lewis would look nice on this and a little candle on the other side.

As you can see I have seriously planned out my ideal living room with so much ease which was all thanks to Kasera. The fact that I was able to find all these pieces under roof from six different retailers is amazing.

Kasera do also have an instagram page where they post pictures of how to style different pieces so if you were looking for some more inspiration then make sure you check that out here. You can also follow them on Twitter and Facebook to keep up to date with any new additions to the site!
